Add credits
Credits pay for letters, postcards and faxes. Buy one letter on its own, or take a pack and get more credit than you pay for. Pay on Stripe's page and your balance goes up within a minute. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.

Open this page from the link Muse gave you. Ask Muse to add credits, or ask it for your balance, and it will hand you a link that has your account on it. This page only works when you arrive that way.
Payment is handled by Stripe in your own browser. We never see your card number. Your account is passed to Stripe only as an account reference, so we can match the payment to your balance.
What each one gives you
The single letter is exactly what it says: $2.49 of credit for $2.49, enough for one one-page black-and-white letter. Every pack above it credits more than it costs, and the extra is yours to spend on anything.

The free letters in that last column are the bonus divided by the $2.49 first-page letter price. You can spend the bonus on postcards or faxes instead; it is ordinary credit.
What credits buy
- A letter: $2.49 for the first page, $0.25 for each page after that.
- Color printing: $0.50 per letter. Certified mail: $7.50.
- A postcard: $1.49.
- A fax: $1.49 for the first page, $0.49 for each page after that.
- Free: checking an address, price estimates, checking your balance, checking delivery, and everything in the booking connector.

Before you buy
- Credits never expire. Whatever you do not spend stays on your balance.
- They are not refundable once mail is sent. A letter cannot be recalled from the postal service and a fax cannot be recalled once it is transmitted, so anything already sent is spent. If a send fails on our side, the credits go back on your balance automatically.
- One balance covers everything. Mail and fax draw from it; booking an appointment is free and never touches it.

Stripe sends you back here and the credits land within a minute. To see the balance, ask Muse for it. Then ask again for whatever you were trying to send.
