Diners are asking assistants for a table. We ask you.
More and more people now ask an AI assistant to find them dinner. If the assistant cannot book you, it offers somewhere it can. We close that gap with a phone call: the assistant hands us the request, we call or text you, and you say yes or no in one keypress.
You do not learn a new system. You do not install anything. There is no tablet, no dashboard and no login. Your phone rings, an automated voice reads out a party size, a time and a name, and you press 1 or 2.
What it costs you
Nothing. No fee, no commission, no charge per cover.
- No set-up fee and nothing to install.
- No per-cover fee. Take one table a month or thirty, you pay us nothing.
- We never touch what the diner spends with you. That is between you and them, exactly as it is now.
- The diner's side pays us a small amount for a table you confirm. That is our whole business model, and it is why we have no reason to send you requests nobody means.
A monthly plan is coming later, at $30.00 a month, for restaurants that want to be listed and searchable rather than only reachable. It will be optional and nothing on this page depends on it. What is described here stays free.
How it works
- Someone asks their assistant for a table for four on Friday at seven.
- The assistant finds you and your phone number the way anyone does, and hands both to us with the request.
- We call you. An automated voice reads out the party size, the date and time, and the first name the table goes under.
- You press 1 to confirm or 2 to decline. That is the whole thing. Press 3 and future requests come by text instead. Press 9 and we never call you again.
- The diner is told what you said. They are never told the table is booked before you have said it is.
You confirm every table. Nothing goes in your book without you. We do not hold tables, we do not see your book, and we cannot put anything in it. The only thing we can do is ask.
If you do not answer, the request simply expires, usually within two hours. We do not call back and we do not try again.
How opt-in and STOP work
Phone carriers in the US let a business like us text a business like you only once you have asked us to. So:
- The first time, we always call. Never a text.
- You ask for texts by pressing 3 on one of those calls, or by signing up below and replying YES to the one confirmation text we send. Either way we record the moment you agreed.
- You stop it by replying STOP to any text or pressing 9 on any call. We stop immediately, on both channels, and close whatever request was open. There is nothing to cancel and nobody to phone.
- Once a number has opted out, nothing on this site turns it back on. Signing up again is refused. Only an email from you to support@noerrands.com can undo it.
What we do with your details
We keep your restaurant name, your phone number, your city and state, whether you have agreed to texts, and a record of every message and keypress in both directions, so that a disagreement about what you were asked has an answer. If you give a name and email below we keep those too, so a person and not just a number can be reached about your sign-up.
We do not sell your details, we do not share them for advertising, and we never send you marketing. Every message we send is one diner's request and carries the way out inside it.

Sign your restaurant up
Two minutes, and the only thing we really need is a number a person answers.
Signing up is not the same as agreeing to texts. It tells us to start relaying requests to you, and the first one comes as a phone call. If we text you to confirm the number, you are agreeing to texts only when you reply YES.
Questions
Do I need a tablet or an app?
No. Your existing phone, and nothing else. There is nothing to install, no account to create and no password to remember.
Can it put a table in my book without me?
No. We cannot see your book and we cannot write to it. We ask, you answer, and we pass the answer on. If you press 2, or say nothing at all, there is no table.
What if the request is nonsense?
Press 2, or ignore it. The assistant asking on the diner's behalf has to confirm the restaurant, the party size, the time and the name with a real person before it contacts you, and the diner's side is charged only when you confirm. Nobody gains anything from wasting your time.
How many calls will I get?
Today, very few. This is new and most diners have not tried it yet. One request is one call; we never call twice about the same one.
Do you take a cut of the bill?
No. We never touch the money. The diner pays you directly at the table, exactly as they do now.
How do I stop?
Press 9 on any call or reply STOP to any text. It takes effect immediately and forever, and you do not have to speak to anyone.
