Your balance starts at $0.00. A letter is $2.49, a postcard is $1.49 and a fax is $1.49, so add credits before your first send. You can buy $2.49 for a single letter, or $10.00 for $12.50 of credit (one free letter), $25.00 for $32.50 of credit (three free letters) and $50.00 for $67.50 of credit (seven free letters); every pack credits more than it costs. Booking an appointment is free and needs no credits.

If something goes wrong
- "Too many requests." Key creation is limited to five per hour from one network. Wait and try again.
- Nothing happens. Check your internet connection, then reload this page and try again.
- You lost the key. Create a new one. Old keys keep working until you ask us to revoke them, so email support@noerrands.com if a key may have leaked.
