No Errands Mail connector: privacy
Effective 2026-09-21. This page covers the mail connector run by Maren Technologies LLC, a company organised in Missouri, United States. The general policy is at /privacy; where the two differ, this page governs the mail connector.
In one sentence: to mail a letter for you we need the addresses and the words that go on the paper, we pass them to the company that prints and posts it, and we delete the content 30 days after it is mailed.
What this connector receives

Addresses you only check with verify_address are processed to answer the
check and are not kept as mail records.
Why we have it
Only to do the thing you asked for: check an address, quote a price, print an item, post it, and tell you where it is. We do not use the content of your mail to train models, to build profiles, or for marketing.
Who we share it with
- Our print and mail provider. They receive the recipient address, the sender address, and the content, because they physically print and post the item. They process it for us under contract and may not use it for their own purposes.
- The United States Postal Service, which carries the item and therefore sees the addresses on the outside.
- Stripe, if you buy credits. Stripe receives your email address and the amount. Card details go to Stripe directly, never to us.
- Our hosting provider, which runs our servers.
- Law enforcement or a court, if legally required.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Agents only act with your approval
If you reach this connector through an AI agent such as Meta's Muse, the agent uses an API key you created and stored in the agent's secure credential store. The connector brief the agent reads requires it to:
- check the recipient address and get a price first;
- show you the recipient, a summary of the content, and the total;
- get your explicit approval before every send;
- never invent a recipient address;
- stop, rather than retry, if you are out of credits.
Nothing is printed without that approval. Our responses to the agent contain data only, never instructions.
How long we keep it

Deleting your data
Email support@noerrands.com from the address on your account. We will revoke your keys and delete your mail content and mail records within 30 days, keeping only what tax and legal rules require us to hold in the billing ledger.
You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it.
An item already handed to the postal service cannot be recalled, and the fact that it was sent stays in the billing ledger.
Other people's addresses
When you mail something, you are giving us another person's address. Only send to people you actually mean to contact, and stop if they ask you to. If someone contacts us to ask why they received mail, we will tell them the item came through our service on a customer's instruction, and we will honour a request to stop sending to their address.
