No Errands Mail connector: terms

Effective 2026-09-21. These terms cover the mail connector run by Maren Technologies LLC, a company organised in Missouri, United States. They add to the general terms of service; where the two differ, this page governs the mail connector.

What the connector does

You, or an AI agent acting for you, give us a recipient address, a sender address, and content. We print it and hand it to the United States Postal Service. We report its status until it is delivered or returned.

United States addresses only.

Approval before every send

Sending is a separate, chargeable, irreversible action. The connector brief requires any agent using this service to check the recipient address, get a price, show you the recipient and a summary of what will be printed, and get your explicit approval before each send.

You can limit this further by using a read-only API key. The server refuses any send made with a read-only key.

Whatever is sent with your API key is treated as sent by you. You are responsible for the content and for having the right to mail it to that recipient.

What you may not mail

Do not use this connector to send:

• anything unlawful, or anything that helps someone break the law;
• harassment, threats, intimidation, or mail to a person who has told you to stop contacting them;
• mail that impersonates another person or organisation, including fake official notices, fake invoices, and fake legal demands;
• unsolicited bulk mail, scams, phishing, or deceptive offers;
• anything the United States Postal Service prohibits;
• content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises a real person without consent.

We may refuse or stop any item, and we may close an account, if we reasonably believe it breaks these rules. Where an item is refused before printing, we return the credits.

Content handling

Markdown you send is rendered to simple HTML. HTML is sanitised: scripts are removed, and images load from the URLs you provide. We do not edit your words. What we print is what you sent, within the page and character limits published in the documentation.

Price and payment

Prices are published at /pricing and are charged in credits at the moment of the send. Address checks and estimates are free. The estimate returned immediately before a send is the price for that send.

Credits are bought in advance through Stripe, in your own browser. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.

If your balance is short, the send stops before anything is printed and no credits are taken.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates from the postal service, not promises. We are not liable for postal delays, loss, or damage in transit. Certified mail, where you choose it, gets the postal service's tracking and delivery record.

Cancellation and refunds

• Before you approve a send, nothing happens and nothing is charged.
• After you approve, the item goes to our print provider and cannot be cancelled or recalled.
• If the print provider fails after we have charged you, we return the credits to your balance automatically and report a provider error.
• If we make a mistake that means the item never reaches the printing stage, we return the credits. Email support@noerrands.com.

Mail that is undeliverable is returned to the sender address you supplied. We do not refund postage for undeliverable mail, so check the address; the address check is free.

Your data

See the connector privacy page. In short: we pass addresses and content to the print provider so the item can be made, we delete content 30 days after posting, and we do not sell your data.

Liability

The limits, disclaimers, indemnity, and governing law in the general terms of service apply to this connector.
