What it costs to mail things with Meta Muse
Sending a one-page black-and-white letter through No Errands costs $2.49, all in. A postcard is $1.49. Certified adds $7.50. A fax is $1.49 for the first page.
You pay from a credit balance you top up in advance, and checking an address or asking for a price beforehand is always free. This is separate from whatever you pay Meta for Muse itself. Muse always shows you the total and waits for your approval before it spends anything. United States addresses only.

That is the complete list. There is no monthly fee, no per-account fee and no minimum. Booking an appointment is free for the person booking; the business pays the fee.

How credits work
You top up, then you spend. Nothing is charged to a card at the moment you send, which is deliberate. An agent that can only spend a balance you loaded on purpose cannot surprise you by more than that balance.
Buy a single letter on its own, or take a pack. Every pack credits more than it costs, and the extra is ordinary credit you can spend on anything: a postcard, a fax, a certified letter.

The free letters are the bonus divided by the $2.49 first-page letter price, so a pack that says three free letters is three letters you did not pay for.
- Where: ask Muse for a top-up link, or go to https://noerrands.com/topup. Payment is handled by Stripe in your own browser. We never see your card number.
- Do they expire? No.
- What if the balance runs out mid-request? Muse tells you the shortfall, gives you the top-up link, and stops. It does not partially send anything and it does not keep retrying.
- Refunds. If a send fails on our side after we have charged you, the credits go back automatically. If you want money back rather than credits, write to support@noerrands.com and a person will read it.
What Meta charges, separately
Muse itself has its own pricing, which is nothing to do with us. As of 21 September 2026 that was a free tier with weekly usage limits, a $20 a month tier and a $100 a month tier.
Those tiers buy more usage of Muse, not more connectors. Adding No Errands costs nothing extra on Meta's side, and paying Meta more does not make our letters cheaper.

The estimate is free and it happens automatically before every send anyway. There is no penalty for asking twice.
What Muse shows you before it spends anything
Every send, in this order:
- Address check. Free. You see the tidied version.
- Price. Free. The exact total, not a range.
- Approval. The recipient, a summary of the content, and the total. Then it stops and waits for you.
Nothing is printed and no credits move until you say yes. Meta's default is that Muse does not take important actions without your approval. Our connector keeps the three steps separate so there is always a place where you can stop.
The honest caveats
- United States addresses only in this version. Both Muse and No Errands are US only right now.
- No bulk pricing yet. Fifty postcards cost fifty times $1.49. If you need real volume, email support@noerrands.com and talk to a person instead of brute-forcing it through an agent.
- Delivery dates are estimates. Muse gives you an expected delivery date when an item is accepted. It comes from the mail carrier. It is not a guarantee from us and we will not pretend it is.
- No recall. Once an item is accepted for printing it cannot be stopped. That is why the approval screen shows you everything.
- We are a custom connector, which Meta does not review. Your API key goes into Muse's Secure Credentials Store rather than into the chat. See how custom connectors work.
Questions people ask
How much does it cost to mail a letter with Meta Muse?
$2.49 for a one-page black-and-white letter, all in: printing, paper, envelope and postage. Each additional page is $0.25, color adds $0.50 and certified adds $7.50.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Every pack credits more than it costs, and the bonus is ordinary credit you can spend on anything.
What happens if my balance runs out mid-request?
Muse tells you how much you are short, hands you a top-up link, and stops. It does not partially send anything and it does not keep retrying.
Is there a free trial?
No free sends. Address checks, estimates, status lookups and balance checks are all free and unlimited, so you can set the whole thing up and try it end to end without spending anything until you actually post something.
Is this cheaper than the post office?
For a plain letter, no. Stamps cost less than $2.49. You are paying for not printing it, not addressing it, not buying an envelope and not going anywhere. For certified mail the comparison looks better once you count the trip.
Can I see what I have spent?
Ask Muse for your balance. It reads it from your account and reports it back.
Will prices change?
Probably, at some point. When they do we will change them here first and date the change. The prices on this page come straight from the price file the connector charges from, so the page cannot drift from the product.
