No Errands Get a key

How to ship a package without a printer

Choose USPS and ask for a QR code. When your AI assistant buys the label with No Errands, you get a QR code to show on your phone at any USPS counter, and they print the label there. Return labels come with the QR code by default.

How to do it with No Errands

  1. Connect No Errands once. Add No Errands to Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client with the address https://api.noerrands.com/mcp and sign in with your email. The steps for each assistant are below. You do this once for every errand.
  2. Add credits if you need them. A new account starts at $0.00. Ask your assistant to add credits and it gives you a checkout link. You pay in your own browser, never in the chat.
  3. Give it the addresses and the weight. Tell the assistant where the package goes from and to, and what it weighs. Add the box size if you know it.
  4. Compare the rates for free. The assistant gets real rates from USPS, UPS, FedEx and other carriers and shows you the carrier, the service, the delivery days and the price.
  5. Approve one. It buys only the rate you picked, and only after your yes.
  6. Get the label. You get a PDF label to print, or for USPS a QR code you show at the counter so they print it for you.

What to type

Once No Errands is connected, you can ask like this:

Buy a USPS label with a QR code for a 1 lb package from my address to 9 Elm St, Portland OR 97201. I do not have a printer.

The assistant checks first, shows you what it is about to do and the price, and waits for your yes.

What it costs

Item Price
Shipping label The carrier rate x 1.42, plus $1.50, shown before you buy
Rates and quotes Free
USPS pickup from your door Free
Tracking a package, any carrier Free

Every price is quoted before you approve. See full pricing.

Connect No Errands to your AI assistant

You do this once. One connection covers every errand, and the address is the same everywhere: https://api.noerrands.com/mcp.

Signing in asks for your email and a 6-digit code we email you. Then choose Allow read and spend credits, or Allow read-only if you only want quotes and status. A new account starts at $0.00: ask your assistant to add credits and it gives you a checkout link to pay in your own browser.

Ready to try it? Connect No Errands to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client once, then ask in plain words. You approve every price before anything happens.

Questions people ask

Does every carrier offer a QR code?

The QR code is a USPS option. The rates the assistant shows tell you when one is available. Other carriers give a PDF label.

What if the QR code cannot be made?

The label is still bought and you get the PDF instead. A library or shop printer can print it.

Is it cheaper than the post office counter?

Not always. Small packages can cost up to about a third more than the counter price; heavier ones come close to it and some cost less. You are paying to skip the trip and the line. The assistant shows you the price before it buys.

What if I do not use the label?

Ask the assistant to void it before it is scanned. A void is a refund request: the credits come back when the carrier confirms, which takes about 15 days or more for USPS.

How do I pay?

With prepaid credits. You can buy $2.49 for a single letter, or $10.00 for $12.50 of credit (one free letter), $25.00 for $32.50 of credit (three free letters) and $50.00 for $67.50 of credit (seven free letters); every pack credits more than it costs, and credits never expire. Your assistant gives you a checkout link and you pay in your own browser.
