How to send a fax with Claude
Claude cannot fax out of the box, but it can with a connector. Add No Errands as a custom connector with the address https://api.noerrands.com/mcp, sign in with your email, and ask Claude to fax a document. Claude reads the number back, shows the price, and sends only after your yes.
How to do it with No Errands
- Connect No Errands once. Add No Errands to Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client with the address

Ask your assistant to add credits and it gives you a checkout link. You pay in your own browser, never in the chat.
- Give it the number and the document. Tell the assistant the fax number and give it the document as a PDF at a link it can open. A shared cloud drive link that opens without a login works. An optional cover note goes on the front.
- Check the number and the price. The assistant reads the fax number back to you digit by digit and gets the exact price.
- Approve it. Nothing is sent until you say yes.
- It is faxed. The fax goes out and the assistant reports a fax ID. Ask "did that fax go through?" any time.

Yes. Sending a fax is marked as a destructive action, so Claude asks for your approval, and the connector instructions require it too.
Which fax numbers can I send to?
United States and Canadian fax numbers.
What if the fax does not go through?
A fax that fails is refunded to your credit balance, once. The assistant tells you it failed instead of quietly resending.
Can I receive faxes?
No. This sends faxes. It does not give you a fax number of your own.
How do I pay?
With prepaid credits. You can buy $2.49 for a single letter, or $10.00 for $12.50 of credit (one free letter), $25.00 for $32.50 of credit (three free letters) and $50.00 for $67.50 of credit (seven free letters); every pack credits more than it costs, and credits never expire.
