How to have a letter printed and mailed for you
A print and mail service prints your letter, puts it in an envelope, stamps it and posts it. With No Errands you ask your AI assistant and it does all of that: black and white or color, double sided by default, certified if you want proof of mailing. The price is quoted before anything prints.
How to do it with No Errands
- Connect No Errands once. Add No Errands to Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client with the address
https://api.noerrands.com/mcpand sign in with your email. The steps for each assistant are below. You do this once for every errand. - Add credits if you need them. A new account starts at $0.00. Ask your assistant to add credits and it gives you a checkout link. You pay in your own browser, never in the chat.
- Give it the letter and the addresses. Tell the assistant who the letter is for, their US address, your return address, and what to say. It can write the letter with you, use text you paste, or mail a PDF from a link.
- Check the address and the price. The assistant checks the address for free and gets the exact price before anything is printed.
- Approve it. It shows you the recipient, a summary of the letter and the price, then waits for your yes. Nothing is mailed until you say so.
- It is printed and mailed. The letter is printed, put in an envelope, stamped and handed to USPS. Ask the assistant for the status any time.
What to type
Once No Errands is connected, you can ask like this:
Print and mail this letter in color, single sided, to my aunt at 9 Elm St, Portland OR 97201. Use my return address on file and show me the price.
The assistant checks first, shows you what it is about to do and the price, and waits for your yes.
Options you can ask for
- Color instead of black and white ($0.50 extra per letter).
- Single sided instead of the default double sided.
- Certified mail ($9.50 extra).
- A PDF you already have, instead of text. The pages are counted so the quote is exact.
- A letter over 6 sheets adds $6.99 for the extra postage.

Questions people ask
Can it mail a letter I already wrote?
Yes. Paste the text, or give the assistant a link to the PDF, and it mails that exactly.
Does it include the envelope and the stamp?
Yes. The price covers printing, the envelope and the postage.
Can the assistant mail a letter without asking me?
No. It must check the address, get a price, show you the recipient, the content and the price, and get your explicit yes before every letter. A read-only connection cannot send at all.
Can I mail a letter outside the US?
Not yet. United States addresses only.
How do I pay?
With prepaid credits. You can buy $2.49 for a single letter, or $10.00 for $12.50 of credit (one free letter), $25.00 for $32.50 of credit (three free letters) and $50.00 for $67.50 of credit (seven free letters); every pack credits more than it costs, and credits never expire. Your assistant gives you a checkout link and you pay in your own browser.
