How to get a lease signed online
Ask your AI assistant to send the lease for signature. No Errands gives each tenant or co-signer a private link, which your assistant sends from your own email after you approve. When the last person signs, the signatures are stamped into the PDF and you can get the signed copy. $1.99 for up to 5 signers.

Questions people ask
Is an e-signed lease valid?
In the US, the ESIGN Act and state UETA give electronic signatures the same effect as ink for most documents. Eviction notices and documents that must be notarized are excluded.
Do I need an email connector?
Yes, for sending links to other people. We send no email: your assistant sends each signing link from your own email account. Signing something yourself needs no email.
Is an electronic signature legally binding?
In the United States, the federal ESIGN Act and the state UETA give electronic signatures the same effect as ink for most documents. Wills, court documents and anything that must be notarized are excluded and cannot be sent through this service.
Why does the signing link come from my own email?
Because we send no email. Your assistant sends each signer their link from your own email account, after you approve it, so the signer hears from someone they know.
How do I pay?
With prepaid credits. You can buy $2.49 for a single letter, or $10.00 for $12.50 of credit (one free letter), $25.00 for $32.50 of credit (three free letters) and $50.00 for $67.50 of credit (seven free letters); every pack credits more than it costs, and credits never expire.
