How to fax from your phone

Neither iPhone nor Android can send a fax by itself. If you use Claude or ChatGPT on your phone, you can fax from there: connect No Errands once, then ask the assistant to fax a document to a number. It reads the number back, quotes the price, and sends only after you say yes.

How to do it with No Errands

Connect No Errands once. Add No Errands to Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client with the address https://api.noerrands.com/mcp and sign in with your email. The steps for each assistant are below. You do this once for every errand.
Add credits if you need them. A new account starts at $0.00. Ask your assistant to add credits and it gives you a checkout link. You pay in your own browser, never in the chat.
Give it the number and the document. Tell the assistant the fax number and give it the document as a PDF at a link it can open. A shared cloud drive link that opens without a login works. An optional cover note goes on the front.
Check the number and the price. The assistant reads the fax number back to you digit by digit and gets the exact price.
Approve it. Nothing is sent until you say yes.
It is faxed. The fax goes out and the assistant reports a fax ID. Ask "did that fax go through?" any time.

Connect No Errands to your AI assistant

Can I connect it from the phone app?

Add the connector once in your assistant settings. After that, ask from whichever app you use with that assistant account.

Can I fax a photo of a paper form?

Send a PDF. It is the format that reliably survives a fax. If the assistant can only send text, it will tell you and ask for a PDF instead of guessing.

Which fax numbers can I send to?

United States and Canadian fax numbers.

What if the fax does not go through?

A fax that fails is refunded to your credit balance, once. The assistant tells you it failed instead of quietly resending.

Can I receive faxes?

No. This sends faxes. It does not give you a fax number of your own.

How do I pay?

With prepaid credits.
