How to fax a PDF online

Give your AI assistant a link to the PDF and the fax number, and No Errands faxes it. The pages are counted so the quote is exact: $1.49 for the first page and $0.49 for each extra page. PDF is the format that reliably survives a fax, so it is the best way to send a form, a letter or a signed document.

How to do it with No Errands

  1. Connect No Errands once. Add No Errands to Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client with the address https://api.noerrands.com/mcp and sign in with your email. The steps for each assistant are below. You do this once for every errand.
  2. Add credits if you need them. A new account starts at $0.00. Ask your assistant to add credits and it gives you a checkout link. You pay in your own browser, never in the chat.
  3. Give it the number and the document. Tell the assistant the fax number and give it the document as a PDF at a link it can open. A shared cloud drive link that opens without a login works. An optional cover note goes on the front.
  4. Check the number and the price. The assistant reads the fax number back to you digit by digit and gets the exact price.
  5. Approve it. Nothing is sent until you say yes.
  6. It is faxed. The fax goes out and the assistant reports a fax ID. Ask "did that fax go through?" any time.

What to type

Once No Errands is connected, you can ask like this:

Fax https://example.com/claim.pdf to +1 202 555 0175 and tell me what it will cost first.

The assistant checks first, shows you what it is about to do and the price, and waits for your yes.

What it costs

Item Price
Fax, first page $1.49
Each additional page $0.49
Price quote and status checks Free

Every price is quoted before you approve. See full pricing.

Connect No Errands to your AI assistant

You do this once. One connection covers every errand, and the address is the same everywhere: https://api.noerrands.com/mcp.

Signing in asks for your email and a 6-digit code we email you. Then choose Allow read and spend credits, or Allow read-only if you only want quotes and status. A new account starts at $0.00: ask your assistant to add credits and it gives you a checkout link to pay in your own browser.

Questions people ask

Can I fax a Word document?

Save or export it as a PDF first, then fax the PDF. That is what reliably prints at the other end.

Is there a page limit?

The price is per page, and the quote tells you the total before you approve. Very long documents are better split or mailed.

Which fax numbers can I send to?

United States and Canadian fax numbers.

What if the fax does not go through?

A fax that fails is refunded to your credit balance, once. The assistant tells you it failed instead of quietly resending.

Can I receive faxes?

No. This sends faxes. It does not give you a fax number of your own.

How do I pay?

With prepaid credits. You can buy $2.49 for a single letter, or $10.00 for $12.50 of credit (one free letter), $25.00 for $32.50 of credit (three free letters) and $50.00 for $67.50 of credit (seven free letters); every pack credits more than it costs, and credits never expire. Your assistant gives you a checkout link and you pay in your own browser.
