How to fax a form to an insurance company

Insurers often take claim forms, appeals and proof documents only by fax or mail. Your AI assistant can fax it for you: connect No Errands, give it the insurer's fax number and the PDF, and approve. If you need proof of mailing on paper instead, it can send the same document as a certified letter.

How to do it with No Errands

  1. Connect No Errands once. Add No Errands to Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client with the address https://api.noerrands.com/mcp and sign in with your email. The steps for each assistant are below. You do this once for every errand.
  2. Add credits if you need them. A new account starts at $0.00. Ask your assistant to add credits and it gives you a checkout link. You pay in your own browser, never in the chat.
  3. Give it the number and the document. Tell the assistant the fax number and give it the document as a PDF at a link it can open. A shared cloud drive link that opens without a login works. An optional cover note goes on the front.
  4. Check the number and the price. The assistant reads the fax number back to you digit by digit and gets the exact price.
  5. Approve it. Nothing is sent until you say yes.
  6. It is faxed. The fax goes out and the assistant reports a fax ID. Ask "did that fax go through?" any time.

The assistant checks first, shows you what it is about to do and the price, and waits for your yes.

Connect No Errands to your AI assistant

You do this once. One connection covers every errand, and the address is the same everywhere: https://api.noerrands.com/mcp.

Signing in asks for your email and a 6-digit code we email you. Then choose Allow read and spend credits, or Allow read-only if you only want quotes and status. A new account starts at $0.00: ask your assistant to add credits and it gives you a checkout link to pay in your own browser.

Ready to try it? Connect No Errands to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client once, then ask in plain words. You approve every price before anything happens.

Questions people ask

Should I fax or mail it?

Use whatever the insurer asks for. If they accept fax, it arrives the same day. If they want paper, the assistant can mail it as a letter, certified if you want.

Can I fax several documents at once?

Combine them into one PDF and fax that. The price follows the total page count.

Which fax numbers can I send to?

United States and Canadian fax numbers.

What if the fax does not go through?

A fax that fails is refunded to your credit balance, once. The assistant tells you it failed instead of quietly resending.

Can I receive faxes?

No. This sends faxes. It does not give you a fax number of your own.

How do I pay?

With prepaid credits. You can buy $2.49 for a single letter, or $10.00 for $12.50 of credit (one free letter), $25.00 for $32.50 of credit (three free letters) and $50.00 for $67.50 of credit (seven free letters); every pack credits more than it costs, and credits never expire. Your assistant gives you a checkout link and you pay in your own browser.
