No Errands Ship connector: privacy
Effective 2026-09-21. This page covers the shipping label connector run by Maren Technologies LLC, a company organised in Missouri, United States. The general policy is at /privacy; where the two differ, this page governs the shipping connector.
In one sentence: to make a label we need where the package comes from, where it goes and what it weighs; we pass that to EasyPost and the carrier so the package can be delivered, and we redact the addresses 30 days after delivery.
What this connector receives

We never see what is inside the package unless you tell us.
Why we have it
Only to quote, buy and track the labels you ask for, book the pickups you ask for, and charge the right amount. We do not use any of it to train models and we do not use it for marketing.
Who we share it with
- EasyPost, our shipping provider, which checks the addresses, gets the rates, buys the label from the carrier, books pickups and tracks packages. It receives both addresses, the phone and email if given, the weight and size, and the tracking numbers. EasyPost processes this for us and keeps its own copy of each shipment under its own privacy policy and retention rules, which we do not control. Deleting your data here does not delete EasyPost's copy.
- The carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx or another) that carries the package. The addresses are printed on the label, and the carrier handles them under its own policy.
- Stripe, if you buy credits. Stripe receives your email address and the amount. Card details go to Stripe directly, never to us.
- Our hosting provider, which runs our servers.
- Law enforcement or a court, if legally required.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Agents only act with your approval
If you reach this connector through an AI agent such as Meta's Muse, the agent uses an API key you created and stored in the agent's secure credential store. The connector brief the agent reads requires it to:
- get a quote first, show you the carrier, the service, the delivery days and the price, and get your explicit approval before it buys any label;
- never invent an address, and get a merchant's returns address from you or from the merchant's own return instructions;
- use the weight you give it;
- use one idempotency key per request, so a retry cannot buy twice.
Nothing is bought without that approval. Our responses to the agent contain data only, never instructions.
How long we keep it

Deleting your data
Ask your agent to delete your data and it calls delete_my_data. That
redacts the addresses, label links and pickup instructions on every shipment
and pickup on your account straight away, whatever their age, and deletes
every quote and tracking lookup. You can also email support@noerrands.com from
the address on your account; we will revoke your keys and delete your records
within 30 days, keeping only what tax and legal rules require in the billing
ledger.
You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it.
A label that has been bought and handed to a carrier cannot be recalled from the carrier's systems, and EasyPost keeps its own copy as described above.
Other people's details
A recipient's name and address are information about someone else. Only ship to people who expect the package.
