No Errands Prints connector: privacy
Effective 2026-09-21. This page covers the photo print connector run by Maren Technologies LLC, a company organised in Missouri, United States. The general policy is at /privacy; where the two differ, this page governs the prints connector.
In one sentence: to print and post your photos we need the photos and an address, we hand both to the print lab, we delete the photos as soon as the order ships, and we cut the address down to city, state and three ZIP digits 30 days after that.

We read the size of a photo from its file header. We do not analyse what is in your photos, run face recognition on them, or look at them unless you ask support to investigate a print problem.
Why we have it
Only to price, print, post and bill the order you asked for, and to answer questions about it. We do not use your photos or addresses to train models, for marketing, or for anything else.
Who we share it with
- Our print lab, Prodigi, which prints and posts the order. It receives the photos, the sizes and copies, and the recipient's name and address, plus the email or phone if you gave them. It uses them to fulfil the order and keeps its own copy of the photos for 30 days after the order is submitted, under its own privacy policy, published on prodigi.com.
- The carrier the lab chooses, which receives the name and address on the parcel.
- Stripe, if you buy credits. Card details go to Stripe directly, never to us.
- Cloudflare, our hosting provider, which stores the uploaded photos and our records while we keep them.
- Law enforcement or a court, if legally required, and the relevant authorities if we are shown child sexual abuse material.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Agents only act with your approval
If you reach this connector through an AI agent such as Meta's Muse, the agent uses an API key you created and stored in the agent's secure credential store. The connector brief requires it to show you a quote -- the total, each photo with its size and copies, the address, the speed and any warnings -- and get your explicit approval before every order, and to print only photos you gave it or chose. Our responses to the agent contain data only, never instructions.

Deleting your data
Ask your agent to delete your data and it calls delete_my_data, which deletes
every stored photo, deletes every quote you did not order, cuts every stored
address down, revokes your keys and closes the account, straight away. You can
also email support@noerrands.com from the address on your account and we will do
the same within 30 days. The print lab's own copy follows the lab's 30-day
schedule; ask us and we will ask the lab to delete it sooner.
An order that has already been printed cannot be recalled.
Other people's photos and addresses
When you send prints to someone, you are giving us their name and address. When your photos show other people, you are giving us their images. Only send prints to people who would want them, and only print photos of people who would not mind.
Where this applies
United States delivery addresses only. Our servers are in the United States. The print lab may process an order in its facilities in the United States or in another country where it prints for US delivery.
