No Errands Courier connector: terms
Effective 2026-09-21. These terms cover the same-day courier connector run by Maren Technologies LLC, a company organised in Missouri, United States. They add to the general terms of service; where the two differ, this page governs the courier connector.
What the connector does
You, or an AI agent acting for you, give us a pickup address, a drop-off address, a named person with a phone number at each end, and a description of the item. We get a price from a same-day courier network, show it to you, and, once you confirm, book a courier who collects the item and carries it to the drop-off. We report back what the courier network tells us.
Both addresses must be in the United States. The service is being rolled out area by area, so not every address is covered yet; the quote tells you whether yours is.
We are not the courier
- We book the trip; the courier network carries it. The courier is not our employee or agent. We relay the booking, the status, the tracking link and any proof of delivery the network gives us.
- A delivery is done when the status says
delivered, which means the courier network reports the hand-off. Until then it is on its way, or it is not. - Arrival times are the network's estimates, not promises.
Quote first, confirm second
Every trip is two separate steps. A quote is free, books nothing and is good for five minutes. Booking takes that quote and an explicit confirmation. The connector brief requires any agent using this service to show you the pickup, the drop-off, the item, the price and the tip, and to get your explicit approval before it books.
You can limit this further by using a read-only API key. A read-only key can get quotes but the server refuses any booking or cancellation made with it.
Whatever is booked with your API key is treated as booked by you.
Both people must agree
You must name a real person at the pickup and at the drop-off, with a phone number that person gave you or agreed to share. Both of them must know about the hand-off and have agreed to it. You confirm that each time you ask for a quote, and the courier network may text the person at the drop-off about the delivery on the strength of it. Do not use this connector to send anything to someone who does not expect it.
What you may send
Only items you own or are entitled to send, that fit in a bag (small) or on a
car's back seat (medium), that weigh under 50 lbs, and that are worth no more
than $250.00. You must declare the value.
You may not send, and we will refuse when we can tell:
- alcohol, tobacco, vapes or nicotine products;
- cash or money in any form, gift cards, lottery tickets, or securities;
- weapons, firearms, ammunition, fireworks or explosives;
- medication of any kind, prescription or over the counter, vitamins, supplements or medical devices;
- drugs, cannabis, CBD, kratom, or paraphernalia;
- hazardous materials;
- people or animals;
- raw meat or shellfish;
- anything illegal, stolen, sexually explicit, or meant to threaten or harass.
Our screen of the item description is a backstop, not a check you can rely on. Getting this right is your responsibility. We may cancel a booking, and close an account, if an item breaks these rules; the courier may also refuse to carry it.
No insurance
We do not insure items and we are not a carrier. If an item is lost, damaged or delayed, our liability is limited to the credits charged for that delivery. That is also why the declared-value cap exists: do not send anything you could not afford to lose, or anything irreplaceable.
Price and payment
Prices are published at /pricing and charged in credits. The quote is the price: it depends on the distance, and it is shown to you before you confirm.
- Getting a quote is free.
- Booking charges the quoted total once, before the courier is dispatched. If your balance is too low, nothing is booked and nothing is charged.
- A tip is optional, up to $20.00, and is passed to the courier in full. It costs 1.35 credits per cent because credits are sold at a bonus; at the best rate we sell credits, that is exactly the tip.
- If the courier network refuses the booking, it is marked failed and the charge is refunded.
Credits are bought in advance through Stripe, in your own browser. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
- Before a courier is assigned, you can cancel through the connector for a full refund, tip included.
- Once a courier is assigned it can no longer be cancelled through the connector. Email support@noerrands.com and we will do what the courier network allows.
- If the courier network cancels before the item is picked up, you get a full refund, tip included.
- If a delivery is cancelled after pickup, there is no automatic refund, because the item is somewhere and a person has to sort it out. Email support@noerrands.com.
- If the item cannot be delivered and is taken back to the pickup, a return fee of 60% of the delivery price is charged. The quote shows it in advance. If your balance cannot cover it, the item is still returned and the shortfall is recorded against your account.
Your data
See the connector privacy page. In short: we pass the two addresses, names and phone numbers and the item description to the courier network so it can do the trip, we cut them down 30 days after the delivery is finished, and we do not sell your data.
Not affiliated with Meta
Maren Technologies LLC is an independent company. Muse is a product of Meta Platforms, Inc. Connecting through Muse does not make Meta a party to this agreement. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any courier network.
Liability
The limits, disclaimers, indemnity, and governing law in the general terms of service apply to this connector. In particular, and as said above, our liability for any one delivery is limited to the credits charged for it, and we are not liable for the conduct of the courier or of the people at either end.
