No Errands Cards connector: terms

Effective 2026-09-21. These terms cover the greeting card connector run by Maren Technologies LLC, a company organised in Missouri, United States. They add to the general terms of service; where the two differ, this page governs the cards connector.

What the connector does

You, or an AI agent acting for you, choose a card design, write a message, and give us the recipient's address and your return address. We have the card made and mailed, either straight away or on a dispatch date worked out from the date you want it to arrive by.

There are two tiers:

• Handwritten ($8.99): a folded greeting card, the message written by a robot holding a real pen, in a hand-addressed envelope with a real stamp.
• Printed ($3.99): a 6x9 postcard-style card, the design on the front and the message printed on the back beside the address.

United States addresses only.

A printed card is an open postcard

A printed card has no envelope. The message is on the outside, and anyone who handles the card can read it. By choosing the printed tier you accept that. For a sympathy card or anything private, choose the handwritten tier.

Approval before every card

Sending a card is a separate action that costs money and mails something real to a real person. The connector brief requires any agent using this service to show you the design, the full message, the recipient's name and address, the tier, the price and the dispatch date, and to get your explicit approval before every card.

You can limit this further by using a read-only API key. The server refuses any send made with a read-only key.

Whatever is sent with your API key is treated as sent by you. You are responsible for the address you give us and for what the card says.

What you may not send

Do not use this connector to send a card that:

• is obscene, threatening, harassing, defamatory or otherwise unlawful;
• impersonates another person or organisation, or is signed in someone else's name without their permission;
• is misleading, such as a card made to look like a bill, a legal notice or a message from a government office;
• advertises something to people who did not ask for it;
• goes to someone who has asked you not to contact them.

The companies that make and mail the cards have their own rules against impersonation, unlawful or misleading use and obscene content, and by using this connector you agree to those too. We or they may refuse any card, and we may close an account, if we reasonably believe it breaks these rules. A card that is refused is refunded in full.

No gift cards

This connector mails greeting cards only. It does not include gift cards, money, vouchers or inserts of any kind.

Arrive by a date

When you ask for a card to arrive by a date, we work out a dispatch date and hold the paid card until then. The arrival window we quote is an estimate: the last step belongs to the postal service, and we cannot promise a delivery day. A card is never dispatched more than 180 days ahead.

Price and payment

Prices are published at /pricing and are charged in credits, postage included. A card is charged once, when you approve it. Credits are bought in advance through Stripe, in your own browser; your card details go to Stripe, never to us.

If your balance is too low, nothing is charged and nothing is mailed.

Cancellation and refunds

• A card waiting for its dispatch date can be cancelled at any time before it leaves us, for a full refund.
• A card already handed to the card company can be cancelled, and is refunded, only while that company still allows it.
• A card the card company refuses, fails to make, or cancels on its side is refunded in full, once.
• Once a card has been made or mailed, it cannot be recalled and is not refunded. A card returned by the post office because of an address you gave us is not refunded.

Your data

See the connector privacy page. In short: the card company receives the addresses and the message because they go on the card, we delete the addresses and the message 30 days after the card is mailed, and we do not sell your data.

Maren Technologies LLC is an independent company. Muse is a product of Meta Platforms, Inc. Connecting through Muse does not make Meta a party to this agreement.

Liability

The limits, disclaimers, indemnity, and governing law in the general terms of service apply to this connector. In particular, we are not liable for postal delays, for a card lost or damaged in the post, or for what you chose to write.
