Checking your balance
Ask Muse for your balance and it will read it back to you. If the number has not moved yet, wait a minute and ask again: the payment has to reach us before the credits appear.
Still short after a few minutes? Email support@noerrands.com and say roughly when you paid. Stripe emails you a receipt for every payment.
